Anger over 10-hour ambulance wait

A woman from Rotherham has said she feels “disgusted” it took nearly 10 hours for an ambulance to take her home after dialysis treatment.
Janet Tunstill, 58, uses an electric wheelchair and was told she needed a special ambulance to accommodate it.

Yeah, yeah. The woman was inconvenienced, her safety was not at issue, her treatment was not delayed.
Crews were most likely responding to ‘life threatening’ emergencies like cut fingers and toothache.
What’s really disgusting is the drain on limited resources by the misuse of an emergency service. Shame on the BBC for reporting crap like this!
