Tatoo fanatic Rod Bruder has found a novel way of keeping the paramedics who saved his life close to his heart.

The Warwickshire chef has gone under the needle to have a tattoo of the county air ambulance helicopter emblazoned on his chest.

Rod has a special reason to believe the crew of the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance are watching over his family
